Rights and duties of doctors

The booklet available through the link below (in Dutch) provides information on the legislation in force since 1 April 2002. The information is intended for people who have a professional involvement with the issue, such as doctors, pathologists and staff of the Public Prosecution Service. The booklet takes the form of a guide to what must be done by whom and when once a patient has made a request for euthanasia or assisted suicide.
